xz2c unable to boot in flash mode

the xz2c can be boot in android system,however,whether i press volume+ or volume- while plug in the PC,the light turns red and the screen shows SONY logo then a battery shows that the phone is charging.i'm sure i installed driver correctly and the volume buttons works well.what should i do?

I usw Linux without problems.

Or try a different cable/port.

i tried two different PCs and several cable/port,it doesn't work

Maybe your drivers.
Or your phone.
You could try it with Linux or at a repair shop.
