You installed wrong. see the installation mode below.
1 - Enter TWRP and give Wipes (cache, system, data, dalvik, internal)
2 Install the pre root
3 - Install the firmware (the same set of pre root) and check the system
4 - Reboot
When the home screen Xperia (Home)
1 - Enter TWRP
2 - Give Wipe Dalvik cache and
3 Install the Max Fury
4 - Reboot
In the max fury ... between in the settings and give reset of manufactures.

Theres already Users that installed succesfully so please dont blame others work before making sure you installed everything right. No offense but just saying. Install without wiping System or Data. Read Instructions carefully again and all should be fine.
