Question Y700 global version Google Maps

Hi,
I'm planning to order the Aliexpress y700 global version.
Did anyone tried google maps?
since the tablet do not have GPS .. does google maps works normally using wifi data?

Haven't tried G Map.
I tested OSMAnd~ on Chinese ROM 15.0.516 using hotspot of my phone, it works fine, but location refresh is slow.
