Yahoo messenger front facing camera problem

yes,i am after the same question!
the messenger works fine with the rear camera,but how to make it work
for the front camera to come on...instead of the rear?!!?

I had this same problem too and after researching it I found out that this is a problem with yahoo's software. Have you tried skype2.0 or tango ?

no i did not try "tango"

and yes i try skype,but the video sometime it stops,freezes up...

is tango have video enable for front camera? and where to get it?,
will do some research..

I have only tried Tango to my friends Iphone4 in the same city and it work good. I tried yahoo messenger to my wifes laptop when we found the front facing camera issue. And I only tried skype before 2.0 version, no video. Tango is on the android market or type this in google if you want to download it, (-inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:”index of” apk tango)

I contact Yahoo like 2 weeks ago about this issue. They told me they know this issue and are very close to release the new update for this issue. But they don't tell me the time. I think it will be sometimes this summer. Give it like a month or so.
