Hi....I followedall the directions but when my phone boots in bootloader it stays stuck on there...left it like that for 30 min but pulled out battery due to phone getting hot..the phone didn't reboot 4 times in bootloader just stood stuck...I have the htc drivers installed so what I'm I doing wrong...

I'm running Windows xp...
Sensation on 2.3.4
Sence 3.0
I have the right beta key...
Just stay stuck on there any help will be much appreciated

Did you install fastboot drivers in your pc?

When I try and use the tool it won't work. It just blinks when I click on Revolutionary.exe. I tryed it on 3 different computers. Is this thing just dead?

I was sent a replacement Sensation when mine broke, now when I try to get s-off with Revolutionary like I did before, It just blinks on and off when I click the Revolutionary.exe . Do I need to be running a custom rom before I can run Revolutionary? If anyone knows what i'm doing wrong please let me know.

If it has HBOOT 1.27, you'll need to use JuopauntBear instead.

Thanks a lot for your answer Jup. but My dumb ass still had HTC sync on my computer and enabled. As soon as I got rid of that everything was fine. But I do thank you for taking the time to give me an aswer...

I called Tmobile for the Unlock code for my Sensation and I just got it. Worked like a champ. Do all carriers do that or just Tmobile? Off topic I know, Just asking.
