Yoga Tab 3 Plus Cases and Screen Protectors

... Anyone know a source for these? I am looking to find a silicone or TPU case similar to the one here for the Yoga Tab 3 10 ... Does anyone know if the dimensions of the two tablets are similar enough for an industrious person to able to make it work with some modifications to the case? What about the screen? I ask because there seems to be plenty of choices for the Yoga Tab 3 10 but not the Yoga Tab 3 Plus.
