Granted that your computer supports LE Bluetooth, yes. If you don't know, here's how to check.
Although it should be mentioned that this is just a shortcut to the already existing "Your Phone" app by Microsoft, so really nothing too new .

I’m not sure how useful this is: if you have the Your Phone companion (YPC) app on your S10+, it already works with Windows — you can get your notifications, screen mirroring, etc. already. I’ve been using it for a while now. It’s actually a bit distracting because I get double notifications of my emails from both Windows Mail and YPC.

As far as I can tell (and this was also noted — no pun intended — by folks on Reddit), the only difference is you get a notification tile instead of a persistent notification when you’re connect to your PC.

Is there any other functionality that’s available? It doesn’t seem like it and the person who put together the hack mentioned on the Reddit S10 sub that he hadn’t used YPC before coming up with it.

Seems like a lot of work and press for a notification tile hack.
