though Ubuntu Mod Launcher (beta) looks promising and kinda cool once it's futher developed

In my book apex launcher is the best. It is very similar to Nova. I love how apex is now capable of utilizing stock widgets. The gestures are my favorite part of the launcher.. Especially for tablets and larger screen phones
