Youtube keeps asking for update everytime i turn on my car

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and this is my first question.

I have an unbranded Chinese android headunit with android 12. YouTube app used to work fine before, but now each time i turn on my car and open Youtube app, it asks for an update.
Also, i don't know my factory reset password, through I've tried every password on the world, non of them worked for me

Contact the seller and ask them for the password. They should be able to send it to you. If you have the manual the password should be listed inside.
