YouTube Live Broadcast and Multipath TCP?

These are 2 big reasons I opted for the S6 Edge +. Does anyone know how to setup / enable these thing? I know Verizon is a huge fan of disabling advertised features, and not bothering to even offer an explanation.

Ok, so I realized that YouTube Live Broadcast needs to be initiated from within the camera app, not the YouTube app. Makes sense I suppose. I'm hoping this can be made to be as automated as a Ustream Instant broadcast. Maybe setup a widget to instantly broadcast and invite people. We'll see.

Still not finding much on Multipath TCP, which my understanding is, is like Download Booster just expanded to bridge Wi-Fi and LTE to improve all data.
