Boot to recovery (in your case TWRP), do a full wipe, then flash the signed zip.

Download the fastboot flashable zip & use the following commands:

fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash hyp hyp.mbn
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash rpm rpm.mbn
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash tz tz.mbn
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash splash splash.img
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash system system.img
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash boot boot.img
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot -i 0x2A96 flash cache.img

flashed everything only flashing cache failed

This thread is intended for Cyanogen OS variant of Yuphoria, not the stock Android one. Though you can convert it yourself, warranty may be void.

Yuphoria YU5010 Hard-Bricked Dead

Hi,
I have hard bricked my new yuphoria yu5010 mobile phone while trying to install stock ROM of yuphoria yu5010A.
Now, my phone is dead, does not blink LED, no charging.
Only, Device Manager showing port ::: Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008
Tried to recover using help from website ::: http://www.droidsavvy.com/unbrick-qualcomm-mobiles/
But, failed, as QFIL unable to download necessary MBN files using SAHARA protocol.

So, please send me MPRG8939.mbn or MPRG8936.mbn or MPRG8916.mbn and all necessary files to recover my dead yuphoria yu5010.

Cyanogen os can be flashed in yuphoria on android through fastboot but it voids warranty . you can go to nearby service centers to get it ! Then your warranty will be sticked

Depending on your device variant, you may need an unlocked bootloader.

how to revert back in Stock recovery on yuphoria

Bhai agar backup Lita ha I to bout into recovery and select restore and click on back up file and swipe to flash and old stock ROM is revert

system.img and cache.img not working. When I extract the fastboot zip I got the cache.img file but not system.img file. rest all are there

Make sure you've downloaded the correct file; also verify the hashes.
