2. Reboot phone to recovery
3. Flash the .zip from your sdcard
4. Laugh because of the installation images
5. Make loud MEOW sounds
6. Calm down your neighbourhood

was gonna build a kernel myself....with sources from doomkernel as i hated not being able to overclock and stuff..... thanx..... also do think about overclocking the GPU....

Thanks for your report. I have added Asylum ROM to the confirmed list of compatible ROM's.

Also, I have received 2 alternative designs from @domicq regarding to the bootlogo:

    Well, I was waiting untill CM merged the .569 Sony updates, but it's taking way too long. So I decided to start working on it again and try to fix the issues. I hope to put out an updated version in the coming few days.

    If I can't solved the problem that it's not interchangable between all ROMS, I'll release seperate versions for the different major ROM's

    Please help me compile a list, but I think there are 3 ROM's with different bases:
    - CM11 based ROMS
    - PAC
    - Omni

    So, I'll release 3 different versions for these, and we can see which version fits other ROMS as well.

    But that's just in case :D

    BUGS: Bootlogo is PAC logo. I left it there by accident (again). Will replace it with the MEOW logo in the next version amongst with some other fixes and improvements based on the testing reports of this version.
