Anything related to DRM can be considered lost I guess although TrackID still works which you did use to lose. You need to relock if you want your old apps back, but given what they are and how much they would be used anyway, does it override the use of root, not for me it doesn't. :)
Well root is more important to me.. But I can still flashstock kernel and restore TA partition and it keeps my phone rooted.. The only prob i faced is unmountable system partition..

You just need to flash dualrecovery.

Weren't you talking about unlocked bootloader? You can't just simply install dualrecovery on locked bootloader, you need to downgrade to an older version (see rooting guides).

However if you have unlocked bootloader with custom kernel you can just flash dualrecovery in recovery, restore TA partition and stock kernel and then you'll have locked bootloader + working root.

Currently I have unlocked bootloader and doomlords cwm recovery installed.. I was asking if its possible to have latest firmware of my own customisation with locked bootloader and dual recovery..

After flashing dual recovery if I restore stock kernel and TA partition, will I get working root with dual recovery and locked bootloader??

Simple:
1. Flash your own firmware
2. Flash custom kernel with recovery (e.g. Doomlord)
3. Go to recovery and flash SuperSU, then dualrecovery
4. Restore TA partition
5. Flash stock kernel

However further updating is not so easy then with keeping your own firmware and locked bootloader. You would have to create a flashable zip like I do in my guide.

After doing the above steps will i get locked bootloader with dual recovery?? And is system partition mountable with supersu in that case?
And also can u tell me how to make flashable zip?

As I told you before, to fix /system rw issue you need to flash dualrecovery. And yes if you restore your TA partition, your bootloader will be locked again. It's complicated to create a flashable zip, I've posted it somewhere already but can't find it at the moment. ;)

If I flash stock kernel after flashing dual recovery, will it stick or ger removed?

Sorry to disturb you but i was a bit confused as i soft bricked my z1c thrice when trying to restore TA without flashing stock kernel. Now its clear to me.. thanks..
It's not a soft brick, it's just that the phones refuses to boot a custom kernel when the bootloader is locked.

Hey @shem2409

Great video, I will add it to my thread. A few things:
- The enabling of USB debugging and Unknown sources at 3:11 is not required. (It's required after flashing docomo firmware)
- Note that in my guide I am using a modified ftf of the C6903 firmware, which has everything removed but system and kernel. The equivalent would be to check everything in exclude but kernel and system.
