z1 does multiple clicks

Hello!

I flashed Romaur on my z1 compact. I noticed that sometimes when i put my finger on the screen, the z1 does automatically touches multiple times.
I tried to solve it with wipeing and flashing romaur again but nothing changed.

i uploaded a youtube video of this problem. SEARCH FOR "VID 20140602 181025" IN YOUTUBE (Im not allowed to post links)
(At the video i use xperia/aosp but without this the problem is the same..)

I hope you have an idea whats the problem..

Do you think its more a software or hardware problem?

Edit: I tried it in Recovery and theres the same Problem Search in youtube for "VID 20140602 183542"

So its a Hardware Problem? Shoul I contact Sony Support?

I do have the same problem on stock ROM.

Go to service centre, it is hardware defect..
