[Z2 HELP]Get my Z2 back to life

Ok, I did something stupid, I accidently installed a recovery in my boot section, via the TWRP app.
So the Z2 won't boot.
I have flashtool, adb and fastboot working.
Flashtool isnt working properly somehow, because I cannot download and flash a ftf file I downloaded.

I was on this ROM when I did the stupid thing.

I've tried a lot, but cannot seem to get anything running.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Connect phone in fast boot mode
Install correct adb drivers
Flash any correct ftf for your device

I got the flashtool working. Flashed a flashable .575 ftf and it boots now.
