Z2 Random reboots and force close apps, phone useless now

New phone, bought about 15 April, sent to service for fix this issues and received only info that service not found any of this problems. I mad now, phone freezes on bootanimation and restarts with sound "biiip", sometimes load xperia home but after that almost every app force close, flashed ce1 kk, ce1 lp, branded firmware, no success, any help with that?


I don't think that is hardware problem...

My phone has the same problems a few weeks after I flashed a US 4.4.4 FTF in March. I had to flash my phone in flashmode with flashtool and wipe the data partition because the phone was in a bootloop. Ever since, even on Android 5.0.2, this phone randomly freezes, restarts, and force closes random apps. When WiFi / BT connects it also often freezes.

It is odd, because this phone was perfectly fine before, and now is very frustrating and often useless. Boot takes almost 10 minutes on my device now with .726.
