Z3 Battery Level Fluctuates

Hi,

I am Using a Xperia Z3, After Having Some Issues with it For some time i got used to it and started using it.
Presently the Battery level Fluctuates like 100% - 80 % , Back to 100% and then 50% etc.
The attached Screenshot might help you understand it.

Battery Apps show battery as COLD
What i have done so far is;
1. Clear Cache.
2. Delete Apps.
3. Factory Reset.
4. Drain the Battery to 0% and charge to 100% still same problem.
4. I Cant do a PC Companion Repair since this Unit is a Prototype.

Please help me !

After Many Days of Searching The Internet Replacing the Battery Worked !
