Z3+ dead red led after changing screen

After I changed the screen phone doesn't vibrates only red link on charger also I swap to old screen but same :/ any1 knows what I could do wrong? :/ I putted everything on place :/

I am trying to fix the same problem on a friend's phone. Red LED when I plug in the charger but nothing I do will make the screen turn on or the phone vibrate. Friend says he didn't drop it or submerge it in water etc., it just wouldn't turn on one day and never has since.
