Z3c can't connect to PC after water damage

I washed my z3c under the sink with fresh water and somehow some water got through the flap, both the usb side and sim card side got wet. After drying, leaving in rice, the phone can charge normally with the charger, but it can't connect to PC anymore. I have tried multiple computers with different port and the most that happen is PC can't install driver and not detected. I can't return to the service center because the manufacture details in the sim slot got wet and dissolved the writing. Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this?
