Z4 tablet creaking

When i press certain points on the back and display of my z4 tablet it creaks
Does it happen to you too?

It started for me spontaneously the same way after some weeks. But now it seems to be gone almost. Seems the glue reattached after a while. But it took weeks to "recover" and it's not hundred percent gone
I never had such problems with my Xperia tablet Z before :-\

thanks, for some reason it also makes a clickking sound when i press the display on the top left corner, anybody has that?

My tablet has developed the same problem, it sounds like air is trapped under the display but it could just be glue. Seems to be worse around the front camera and top left. Has yours stopped? as it's been a few months since the last post

Hi,

I have a similar problem with my Z4. When I press a certain area in the middle of the upper-left quarter of the display or the same spot from the back, it's creaking. It doesn't make any problems in usage, but it's annoying. Would slowly heating it with a hairdryer on the back for a few minutes make it better or worse?

Same problem

Same problem to my z4 tablet
In the left upper half, near the sony logo (about 3cm below it), the tablet do de same noise every time i boot it up (in my case maybe the back camera?)..
Now the creaking appears only sporadically (I didn't do anything).

Son of a gun , I was loving this tablet until I read and started squeezing mine which also creaks. Center right area.

I am having the same issue, in what sounds like the same spot. It's actually my second z4 tablet after sending the first back because of this issue. It actually doesn't bother me that much, but I worry about the problem getting worse and it being too long after I bought it for them to honour the warranty....

I am glad to see some people said it got better, maybe I will just put up with it. Any hoping for any suggestions.
