It´s the same of Z8 except the battery which goes from 500mAh to 600 mAh.
The battery is the weirdest thing of Z8, yesterday my Z8 stopped while biking a tracking of 5 hours and half with 3 calls in the way and as battery percentage is not working correctly you never know when it will switch off.
I hope Z15 is corrected.
Anyway my mind is the coming Samsung's standalone Gear Solo even having Tizen in instead of android:

From ALL the stand-alone watches that are released (to date) none of them will work out of the box as both a stand-alone and as a companion/notifier. All of them either will not work as both of require a lot of hacking.
The Omate clones, now called
Z15 has Android but no companion app.
I'm not a developer, else i would go thru all the Omate and clones and variants threads and compile a list of:
1. Things to do to get the watch working
2. The Pro's
3. The Con's (what does not work)
At least then we can make an informed choice between this and the only other choice which is the Gear S.
It would be super if a developer can do this, i'd be willing to help?
