Mine works great. followed the instructions exactly. Ill blame it on operator error.
+1

I ordered mine before the Incred even came out and at that time, they only had the screen only kit. Has anyone bought the full body? I don't want to put it on the back of the phone, I just want to know if it comes with a little piece for the lens. I hated the case I had and prefer not to have one, but then when I set it down, the camera hits the surface.

I got my invisibleshield on monday, and installed it on monday night. It says to leave the screen off for a minimum of 12 hours after installation. It took me three tries (with the same shield) to get all of the lint and bubbles out. Yes, you do have to apply liquid to the back and front of the invisible shield (so the face of the amoled gets wet). For me, it seems that it worked best when I installed one side (narrow end) of the shield first, then use the black sponge to rewet and clean the backside of the shield as I was laying it down. Squeegeed the face side in the same direction. It looks great installed. My only gripe is that it is somewhat tacky and my finger doesn't glide across the screen as easily, but I guess that's expected.

Is having a screen protector on the Incredible, a must have thing? Cause I wasn't planning to buy one. I already have the body glove on my phone and I rarely drop my phone. Plus I know the screen protector kinda take the brightness of the color. Please let me know if this is something I really need to get. Thanks.

Just to throw in my 2 cents:
I blew 80 bucks trying to get a invisibleshield working on the moto droid, every one I got I had trouble with, ended up getting fingerprints on the screen, even while wearing latex gloves, still not sure how. One of the protectors came with an indentation from the squeegee card that would not come out, so the protector was doa from the start. I like the material, but the packaging was not smart for the droid version of the protector. The backing for the shield did not have any excess, so you were stuck trying to peel the protector directly off the backing, which then leaves you most likely with a finger stuck to whatever corner you used to peel it off. Then, since the protector is not rigid, it easily flips back on itself, and is generally a mess to get off the backing, much less put on the phone without completely ruining it. Overall a bad experience, and I swore I would not buy another product from them.
When I was on the 3rd protector for the droid, I was planning on switching to the incredible, so I bought a protector for it as well. I just recently applied this one, and I have to say the packaging is light years better than that for the droid. The shield itself is supplied with about an eighth of an inch extra material around the edge, giving you something to grasp to remove the protector without getting fingerprints on it. The shoddy black sponge has been replaced with a small spray bottle that works well to evenly wet the screen. The squeegee card has been replaced with a quality rubber actual squeegee, that works quite well to remove the bubbles and smooth the protector out. The company clearly listened to problems they were having with packaging and worked to rectify them in their new packaging. With the droid, it was a nightmare to put the screen on without messing it up. I went into the incredible install dreading it, with some of the cheap protectors verizon sells as backup, and was pleasantly suprised at how much easier they made the process.
If you have had problems with the company in the past I can completely sympathize, however, I do believe you owe it to yourself to at least test their new packaging if you are interested in this type of protector.

I am very unhappy with my experience with the Zagg screen protector. It was very difficult to apply. As others have mentioned it has a bit of a rubbery feel to it and your finger will not slide across it as well as one would hope.

There was a bit of user error involved in the installation process and I ended up with a few particles of dust under it. When I went back a few days later in an attempt to correct the problem it was made much worse.

I do not have a level of comparison for other protectors on the Incredible, but at least when I ordered screen protectors for other phones, they were good enough to include more than 1 sheet per package.

Follow up: I just came from the Verizon store and the girl at the counter said they sell screen protectors for 11.99 for 3, and she offered to install it.

Right in front of my this cute girl put the cover on flawlessly without a single particle of dust and it looks great, crystal clear. It only covers the front part of the glass that has the display, but I actually kind of like it. While I was there I bought a car charger and case cover to absorb some of the impact if I drop the phone. Skin thin protectors cannot do that. You get 25% off if you buy 3 accessories.

Over all I am very pleased with what I got from the Verizon store, and I think the Zagg was a waste of $20.

I will post pics later when I can get another camera.

I ordered the front Invisible Shield for my Incredible & it cost me $14. If you sign up to win the free iPad on their site they'll send you a discount code which makes the price of the shield cheaper. When I got it in I had no problem installing the screen; however, when I tried to squeegy it I stretched the screen out a bit and it looks kind of scratched. Since the product is suppose to be indestructible I emailed Zagg and told them about it. They agreed to ship me another one for free! At first the screen feels a bit rubbery, but you get use to it and it's great protection for the screen. I hardly even notice it anymore and I can still flick and scroll just as if the shield wasn't there. I'd recommend the Zagg screen, but I haven't used anything else ever.

I also ordered a pair of Zbuds and they're awesome headphones. Sounds like a theatre in my head.

I love Zagg products.

I received the zagg screen 10 days after I originally ordered it and I can honestly say it wasn't worth the wait or the $15. It falls short of expectations which is not many given the nature of the product. I followed the directions and was suprised to find out that I had to apply a liquid solution to the shield and apply it to the electronic lcd display, but I did it anyways. They sent the screen along with the application solution and a black sponge in a plastic container that could not be resealed so I'm not able to save the liquid. I put the screen on, applied the solution with the sponge, and used the squeegee card to get out most of the bubbles as best as I could. Hours later the bubbles still remain with tiny black chunks from the sponge, and also what looks like spider cracks within the invisible shield. Apart from the screen being far from invisible, it just doesn't feel right under my fingertips. I go to swipe and there is too much friction between my fingertips and the screen creating lag due to the rubbery feel. I ordered a clear slim back shell case from HandHelditems.com that came with a free screen protector for my ipod touch for $3.84 and the screen protector is much better than the invisible shield. I don't understand how this company sells this junk to the masses, but they can take their "self-healing military grade" marketing bs and shove it because it ain't worth the trouble. Save your time and money and buy something else.
I have used the ZAGG on my G1, my Droid and now my Incredible. It can be a little difficult to apply, but it works awesome. I even dropped my G1 once on cement and it didn't scratch it up. Just be patient in applying. The liquid doesn't harm the device at all and after a day, you do not notice any "spider cracks" as you mentioned. I would stick to ZAGG so far in my experience.

I bought a pair for the phones I bought for my wife and I but I'm really let down with the plastic feeling when you run your finger across the screen.

I'd always loved the matte screen protectors we had for our iphones. They didn't pick up fingerprints and your finger slid nicely across without any tacky feeling.

Best Buy installed mine and did a great job. I kind of messed it up a little on a corner when I tried to put on a silicone case, but it's okay.

Looks like one of my wife's earrings dented the protector over the weekend, but that's what it's there for. Wish it was a little tougher, but overall I'm happy.

It's good to hear that! I work for best buy mobile, so I get to install a good bit of Zagg Protectors. Anyone who isn't comfortable doing it themselves should go to Best Buy, because we guarantee our work.

Just installed my first Zagg full body protector a few days ago, and I love it! It doesn't degrade the touch response, and I don't mind at all how it feels. After studying several Zagg installation youtube videos, it was pretty easy to install. It provides great protection against scratches; better than the standard Verizon screen protectors. Big Thanks to everyone who recommended Zagg.

so am I the only one that received a shield that is oversized? It hangs over the LCD enough to allow a visible air gap, creating a void that looks like crap. I took it off immediately, as there was no way it was going to shrink. Back to the cheapies until Zagg decides to answer my email.

50% off Zagg.com!!

50% off site-wide at Zagg.com only for memorial day. I just ordered the full body protection and the Black/Red Zagg-buds for my new Incredible! It doesn't allow you to place any other coupons at checkout (or at least I didn't see anywhere to do it). Check it out here:

Does every best buy install these Zagg protectors and will they also do full body protectors? I like the way the phone looks naked.
