version 2.25 crashes camera on SolDier ROM, I have cleaned cache etc, uninstalled etc but still crashes everytime, very frustrating.

In the past the developer sayd this can't be possible because of camera limits, but he was wrong

Well I would not say he was wrong, but he was aware of the limitations that samsung put on s8, because before the super-slow motion update the s8 could not record 4k60fps with the other camera mod. I think samsung released the full power of sd835 and and exynos 8895,the latter being more capable that is why they did not let exynos record 4k otherwise sd835 variants would not be so happy about it

Worth doing S8 Port with S7? Or should I just use Zero Camera?

Hi all. I have Zero Camera up and working on my S7 Edge, and it's fantastic. I'm wondering whether I would get even better results if I ported the S8 Camera app over. (That is: ported S8, and then used Zero Camera along with that.) Or does this mod make the upgrade to S8 irrelevant?

Well I guess you are right mate, did not check the earlier posts sorry. However, now we know that our phone is more capable than we thought before, lets hope for better future development.

You wont be able to use this without root. Yes it will produce a flashzable zip for twrp

Googlewiz rom too, as all the rooms that have camera app with the same name but different ID. Contact rom developer

So if the app has a different name would they be compatible?

e.g. decompile the app change the name in the files then recompile?

Camera force closes after 5 seconds since 2 weeks.
With 7.6.82 the same. any idea? If I restore the camera it works again..
