Instructions:

- flash with CWM

- For Locksreen and Homescreen, install my modded MiHome.apk in the extras.zip. Put the .mtz theme in /sdcard/MIUI/theme and apply it in settings menu of MiHome

- updated MIUI lockscreen metro theme: sms contacts numbers view fixed and new notifications icons

- revert to stock ICS look for sysbar
- new metro style buttons for answer call
- removed gradient for call image
- modified old popup framework to fit with ICS (shame on google to have not change that...)
- some other little improvements

EDIT: Doesn't get to boot animation anymore. Guessing because the framework-res isn't the same signature as the rest of the build? Oh well, I will revert later today!

I am taking no risk. I got home-made fastboots for my firmwares and a factory-style adapter from Team Black Hat. Infinite flashing, no worries

Wanted to make sure it worked as intended. I only noticed a few icon changes personally from 81.539002 and settings are working.

I think I have used this moto lockscreen only for 2 or 3 minutes when I received my XT890... MiHome lockscreen is indispensable for me!
But, for next update, I will have to change this horrible camera icon!

I'm in accord with you! MiHome is the best!
But i've a little problem, I try to do my own lockscreen, everything works but the open button camera doesn't unlock the phone when I press it..
Do you know the code to write in the manifest?

Read the instructions! This Theme is not flashable with CWM. You have to use your PC to flash it (run the .bat)
