by unrooting your nexus after flashing this mod, you will get rid of it, and you will get back to stock ROM without pixel style

tap and hold on home screen and click on Home Settings then change the shape to circle (some icons will not be in circle shape so i advise you to use this developed pixel launcher Here, it's the best ever, you can use any icon pack you like and you can hide app on app drawer ... ect discover it yourself )

i guess you did it wrong, it's just a simple steps :
1. download the latest factory image Here.
2. open the file flash-all.bat using a notepad and in the line 23 delete the code "-w", then flash the whole stock rom by click on the same file we've edited.
3. download and install the latest TWRP Here using ADB.
4. boot into TWRP Recovery and install the latest Magisk Here.
5. you can now install this mod using TWRP and every thing you need.
