Flashed the 213 for Odin. No network reception?! Does anyone have this problem? Did as mentioned, flashed boot.img in fastboot, flashed the ROM in recovery. Havent flashed the GAPPS yet though, but I dont think that should matter?
Do a logcat of disabling and re-enabling the radio, perhaps that may help the developers pinpoint the issue.

I've been having the no radio issue as well... with anything AOSP. There was one time I was actually able to get full radio, I'm not sure how, but it was after doing a clean flash of AOKP and then flashing the CM10 boot.img from this ROM. However, ever since, I've never been able to get radio. It might have something to do with the fact that my phone's model is C6502, vs. the reported model in the CM10 settings of C6503. Will pull a logcat later today.

Got it connected again! Did a clean re-install of the latest ROM, and upon the first boot, there was no GSM connection like usual. Then, when it was trying to connect to wifi, it rebooted itself, and the data was working! Hopefully it stays that way.

How the ROM? Smoothness wise as compared to stock ROM? Anything work/not working and bugs to report? I'm looking forward to flash this but I have yet to unlock the bootloader

I dont know if I did this the right way. But I am attaching the logcat of enabling and disabling Airplane mode. Let me know if anything else is needed :good:

EDIT: Got it to work. I think the phone keeps thinking its in airplane mode. Bought up the restart menu and it still showed me "turn off airplane mode" even though it was turned off. So I clicked on that. Then proceeded to restart the phone. Working fine now.

It's fantastic! Other than a non-working camera and one time where the entire phone slowed down to the point of needing a hard reset, this ROM is super fast and smooth.

I agree! For me the only gripe is the really long time (well, if you call 2 seconds really long :silly:) it takes to wake up the phone.

Oh and also, the GPS icon in the quick setting becomes greyed out once you toggle it on. GPS works perfectly however.

EDIT: Just had the phone completely die on me. Wouldnt start up and had to press the button underneath the flap to restart it. Was listening to music, when a call came in. After I hung up the phone wouldnt respond at all. I would provide a logcat, but I dont know how to get it for something that had happened a while ago.

This has happened to me a few times randomly. The whole phone just freezes and only a reboot with the reset button fixes it. Thank god for that button.

Another "bug", the brightness slider is messed up, it only adjusts the brightness when you get to the very highest setting, everything before it doesn't actually change anything.

Oh, and notification sounds will occasionally be choppy and stutter when the phone is locked.

I literally logged in to report these problems

Also, i found the stock launcher to be choppy at times. Using Apex and everything is fine

Found a mjor bug that makes this ROM unusable for me as of now. When the phone is asleep, i.e. screen switched off, and a call comes in, the screen becomes unresponsive and the phone itself hangs for a few minutes. DOES NOT happen when the screen is awake and a call comes in. One time I got a popup say 'The Activity Phone is not Responding' or something along those lines. This and the problem with no reception seem to point towards the radio, am I correct?

Including a logcat, hope it helps

I just picked up my ZL 6506. I was looking at the Xperia Z thread, are these builds using Kalis qcom_audio_caf? Or the Cyanogenmod one?

Where can we get a changelog? Also, not my intention to sound rude, but it would be great if the devs would be a little more active on the forums. The Z forums have devs regularly chiming in with current issues, challenges and whatnot.

The FreeXperia team releases once per week. They even have a countdown on the website :D. I believe the Z forums are more active with devs, because they just happen to actually own that device. All the work being done for the Z by FreeXperia, codeworx, Entropy, etc will benefit us also.
