My pleasure. If there's no mention of MTCD/E/H on the about screen, it's not MTCD. Based on information you've provided it is not MTCD.

It is understandable that you came looking for help with ZLink but this forum is designated for MTCD units. I imagine there probably are others in the Android Head units forums that have the same head unit as yours and maybe are seeing similar issues.

Tried pretty much all solutions presented, but none have worked to fix the activation error (most likely a HU issue).

Someone recommended "HeadUnit Reloaded" (HUR) in a different thread and that fixed all my problems easily.

Not trying to shill, just wanted to mention the app on this thread again, since the last time was a couple of years ago and this can legitimately help most people reaching this thread.

Zlink problem with ANDROID 10
hey guys , I updated PX5 CSN2 to ANDROID 10 and ZLINK gives me this error
"channel err! channel-miss-match"
I tried version 3.6 zlink
also I tried different versions of ANDROID 10
I think we need newer ZLINK
anyone can offer a link to latest ZLINK above 3.6?

Did you get it solved or not ? If you didnt show me a screen shot of mismatch chennel error

Hello everyone. How safe is to update the ZLink app using the internal function (Check updates)? I'm afraid I could mess things up, as ZLink is oem installed on my unit as a system app. But there are some issues I couldn't solve and maybe an update could help. Right now I'm using version 3.9

On MTCD units.....that internal function never worked....it always shows the "no updates available" message... the only way to upgrade is by means of replacing apk over rooted systems or just a rom update.

I have bought a SNAPDRAGON Android 11 Headunit for my Mercedes W166. Unfortunately the HU is not linking with my phone. As soon as ZLINK Starts and asks to connect via Bluetooth or Cable (I am connected via Bluetooth and Hotspot) I can only see a black screen.

Original NTG 4.5 Menu is working. Just the linking with my OnePlus 9 Pro is not working. Can someone help?

Were you able to solve the black screen issue? I am facing the same problem recently and don't know what caused it, as android auto worked a few weeks ago. I already tried cleaning data of android auto app and zlink on both devices and tried some older versions of android auto but without success.

Hi, I bought a china radio with zlink apk. Before installing the phone APK I use virus total web to ensure is a normal apk. I have 2 Trojan alerts. Anyone know something about this developer? There is any apk oficial Web? Thx in advance

I want to know if anybody successfully installed zlink apk on this kind of nav. I found three versions of apk, those installed corectly but I can't authenticate the application. (Also, I read some posts where people say that the application does this process automatically buy linking the nav to a network, but unfortunately this does not do that).

Zlink is a licensed software that requires specific hardware. Headunits manufacturers have some kind of contract with zlink developers to include it on their units....if you have a licensed android headunit platform then you can authenticate automatically....
For such thing zlink MUST have been included into your firmware.

Short answer: you can't use zlink over any headunit. Only on authorized ones.

Additional Information. I don't think that 1gb RAM could manage carplay/android auto
