At this point you're probably better off just grabbing the full firmware of the official (non-beta) release of Pie from somewhere like SamMobile and flash it with Odin using the HOME_CSC (avoids factory reset / data loss) in the CSC slot.

Yup. NEE is part of OXM multi-CSC, so you can grab one of the OXM ones. I use the Germany (DBT) one (I'm in the UK).
Look in the Official Stock Firmware Thread for S9+ for firmware links.
From the beta? Unlikely, hasn't happened in the past. The beta programme has closed and official stable has been released, so I would've thought that if it was going to happen a OTA update from beta to stable would have happened by now.
Official Pie stable is available as full firmware, which you can flash. You can flash the HOME_CSC to avoid wiping / factory reset. That hasn't caused any issues for me (that I've noticed so far) but others have had some issues, so if you do you should flash again and use the non-home CSC to do a full reformat and reset, which wipes data.

What do you mean by stable? CRLI is already live and it is not a beta firmware.

Next beta update what are you going to do if i dont give new ota zip? You wont be able to share my link/download it and upload to somewhere else. Not the mention how links of new ota zips started popping up after i have gave the links. If i post it to a spesific thread, grab it from there , if you want to share it here credit my name. Even that im thinking not to upload or share future ota updates.
Im not asking too much. Just credit the people who tries to help other people...
