It's from apk mirror.
I can't even manually enter my imei. Or serial.
It's a tmobile device on official softwareWhat device do you have? Is it flashed to a different device version? What software version do you currently have? What carrier?
BRJ5
You wont get OTA updates though. You'll always have to sideload a new version. If you want the beta and signing up isnt working, u can sideload without a sign up

official software as in BRJ5?
Trust me I did it. The only version of plus that works is 10.xxxx but the banner is not in that version. It let's me click register but it does nothing. You wont get OTA updates though. You'll always have to sideload a new version.
*EDIT* I'm not sure man, sorry. I can only suggest what I mentioned above. The only other thing I could add is go into recovery and clear cache.

Really??Looks like multiple people are stuck in the same loop as you. A few had luck with the re-install method but most are still stuck. I will keep an eye out for you and will reply if a work around is found.
For those that have successfully registered, do you still see the "One UI with Android 9.0 on Galaxy S9.S9+" on the Samsung+ v 11.2.1.0?
I have uninstalled the Samsung +, re-installed, and also wiped the devices cache. Every time I click on the Register, it takes me back to the initial screen of the Samsung + app.
That version of the app does not show my S9+ at all and I can't manually add it. Is that what's being reported?See previous posts...TLDR its a loop multiple users are stuck in. No 100% fix as of right now.
Unfortunately yes, I'm looking everywhere to see if someone found a way around it.
What version of the app do you have? use 11.2.1 beta from apk mirror.

Thanks, I downloaded that version and installed it. As soon as it opened the option was there for me to sign up for the beta. Just waiting for the update to show up.
Yes cause the 10.0 version has my s9+ registered. When I try to register my phone again it says cam not due to it being too old or bought out of the country.Did you register your device? The issue might be that the device has to be registered. You can register the device inside the s+ app. But no one has found a clear cause yet.
Glad it worked, Now just go manually check for updates. You might not get it right away as some people are reporting not getting it for upwards of an hour after signing up for the beta.
That's nice. But u think won't be available in all countries because in some is illegal. Not sure if this is known but they finally allow you to turn off shutter sound in camera for unlocked

Nope. But thanks for trying to help me.I got one last idea. Swipe S+ out of your recents and go into your settings and go to apps. Force close S+ and also clear cache and data and try again.

SD card method
Download the necessary update.zip(s) for your device according to your current software version.
Step 1
Copy the update.zip file to your SD card.
Step 2
Reboot the device into Recovery mode. (Turn off the phone, then Vol Up + Bixby + Power button)
Step 3
Go to apply update from SD card.
Step 4
Install the update, and be patient.
Many people have reported, that on ZRKA, they're unable to apply new updates from SD because of SD card mounting errors.
First try formatting your card on your phone, and try again. If that fails, use adb sideloading.
Edit: The most effective way I came across for this issue is to actually use a PC (or a phone utility) to format the SD Card with FAT32, then try the update.
ADB Sideloading
Download the necessary update.zip(s) for your device according to your current software version.
Step 1
Download the latest ADB ZIP file (Windows), then extract it to C:\adb
Step 2
Download and install adb drivers.
Step 3
Copy the update.zip file to C:\adb (or wherever your adb.exe file is)
Step 4
Put your phone in recovery mode and select Apply update from ADB, then connect it to your PC
Step 5
Wait until your PC installs the drivers, if you're doing this for the first time.
Step 6
Open command prompt, navigate to C:\adb (or wherever your adb.exe and update.zip is)
Step 7
Issue the following command: adb devices
If you can see a device in 'sideload' mode, you can proceed to step 8, otherwise you may have some troubleshooting to do.
Step 8
Issue the following command: adb sideload update.zip
Step 9
Be patient, and enjoy your update.
NOTE: You can't go directly from BRJ6 to the latest update, you have to start with ZRKA and apply them one by one.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO PERFORM A FACTORY RESET IF YOU'RE UPDATING FROM BRJ6. Otherwise its not necessary, but for
the most optimal experience, it is advised.
