Interesting note...the Rog phone 3 just got a update that enabled VOLTE on att and TMobile. I'm hoping this comes to the zenfone 6 and 7 as well. That would let me keep my zenfone 6 or even justify buying the 7

According to many users in ZenTalk forum, the Android 11 beta is being rolled out for more users today. The version number now is 18.0610.2009.52. Does someone have it already and can share it with us?

Someone I know who has the beta says that volte now works on TMobile. I'm guessing that it won't be available to come out officially until the stable is released.

That is great I hope it's the same for the zenfone 7 last when it gets android 11 I will buy it if that's the case

Of course not. I was merely responding to your warning about this latest update because it broke your phone. As I wrote, it was a coincidence that it happened on this particular update.

Just a quick update about Android 11 beta
Asus focusing on Android 11 beta and hopefully stable version will be release soon

Beta user received this update today. There are now 8 betas of Android 11

I have just received this build (.92) myself, despite not being in the beta program! (I did apply back in August, but was rejected.)

.92 is possibly the final build.

EDIT: Screenshot of the changelog. This sounds very much like the changelog for a final release.

EDIT 2: Just got mail from Asus - apparently this is an open beta build that is being rolled out to everyone who was previously rejected, as well as to everyone who tries to enroll now.

It's just started the "open beta".
Final release should arrive before the end of the month from what they ask user say in asus forum.

volte isn't working for me.

I have it turned on but there's no indication of volte being on and when on calls in dropped back to 3g or h+. Is anyone else having this problem?

Ota started in Taiwan... Same story as some months ago. Maybe it's not certified maybe they want to wait a bit more before to release to everyone.

ZS630KL software Image：WW_18.0610.2011.107 for TW (WW) sku only
*Special notice: This upgrade patch only allows to upgrade from Android 10 WW_17.1810.2011.183 version to Android 11. The other firmware version can't use this patch file to upgrade.

HAHAHAHA sorry losing my mind. Once I finally got 11 working on my phone, cannot get root and VOLTE not working, wifi calling is but doesn't show it is.... Hack from before worked fine for both features and now with 11 supposedly supporting it, I'm having issues.
Cannot seem get obtain root with multiple attempts at fastboot flashing modified boot.img nor from twrp.
Knew I shouldn't have messed with success but I was way behind on security updates and wanted 11.

Anyone have root access on 11 on zenfone6?
Sorry for sounding crazy but I know that cutoff is approaching for non volte on tmobile.

Here are the steps I followed to upgrade to 11 and keep root access:

- The phone must be on the latest A10 - WW_17.1810.2011.183
- Upgrade to Magisk 21.2 (beta channel) that supports Android 11
- Download WW_18.0610.2011.107 (full firmware) to the top-level folder of the main storage and restart the phone
- The update file is detected upon reboot. Start it and let it run until the end.
- When asked whether to reboot the device, choose"Later" (so skip the immediate reboot).
- Launch Magisk Manager > Install > Install to Inactive Slot (After OTA)
- Reboot
