ZTE Axon 7 Mini - b14 update missing

Hello everyone
It's been a while since I've been updating my Axon 7 Mini to Android 7.1 b13, but I'd like to move on a Custom ROM. The only problem is that the ROM I'm interested in requires b14 update. Is there any way to get it? I can't find it anywhere

I was able to install linage with b12 firmware.
