Zte axon elite (a2016) twrp & root

1. Install app adb root -> ADB_ROOT
2. Enable root on this apk
3. Now install adb --->ADB
4. Copy this file on Sdcard ---> TWRP_RECOVERY
5. then copy this zip file -> UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
6. write in this adb
dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/recovery

at the end
reboot recovery

7. now in recovery flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip


Important
For OTA you must replace the original recovery:
1- download this file -> RECOVERY_STOCK
2- write in this adb
dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/recovery

ya true. Only if i could flash back to stock, i can experiment with various stuff. Nothing is available....feels bad, having this awesome phone!

I couldn't get it to root myself, but I finally found the problem.
I was putting my files on the external sd card.

If you do that, you need to change the code to:
dd if=/sdcard1/recovery.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/recovery

Otherwise it won't find the file

Put your screenshoot here. Are you sure that have used adb root before. If you are on b01 rom can you take some file for me?

If someone have B01 rom I need this file (supersu delete install-recovery.sh so no OTA when you unistall supersu)

and after, this command

Do not order from gearbest! I ordered thIs phone two weeks ago and the order is still in processing status. When I bought it said 31 in stock.

I raised a support ticket that said they will respond in 24 hours. 4 days later still no response. Check real reviews online.. The store gets an average of 1 star.

Well, i am also using 1 old bought with 10€ some years ago. But expect to receive it in a few days. Had an OPO that sold in the same day that put it on sale. Now with a very small brick.
