Last week i'm searching how to flash ZUK z1 zui version finally got some idea how to do that. so here i'm just posting my experience maybe it will hep for others as well. This is the first time I'm posting some thread related to mobile so obviously there should be some mistakes in typing and explaining. first of all i do apology for that.

1. You need to install Qualcomm driver and ZUK Z1 driver to you PC, you can download it from this link https://mega.nz/#!7ZpXUSSK!Rx8IptfmNcu_5TORmR7Z2egWOJbDV8l_0gE3E5aevNY
2. The Qualcomm driver file shouldn't be signed so most of the windows operating system will not allow you to install, to install the Qualcomm driver you need to enable the unsigned driver installation.
If you are using windows 10 or windows 8. or 8.1 you can enable in this way. (go to the power option from the start menu hold the shift key from the keyboard and select restart option) for more information you can see this link http://www.howtogeek.com/167723/how-...igned-drivers/
If you are using windows 7 you can disable the driver signature verification from the boot menu. (when you see your computer motherboard name or pc logo just type F8 so there you can choose the option disable driver verification)
3. If you install the driver files successfully then you need to download and install the QFIL tool you can download the file from this link https://mega.nz/#!jYQh0bzS!Uvg2hqXOQ8Q2pyKBT6PkL8v4rRbde3l__ZXpY9yKMKs
open the QFIL tool you can see on the top "no port available" then just power off you mobile volume up key hold connect the usb cable to the computer then you can see the QFILL too will detect the driver the name like "Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008 (COM4)" now the driver installation has completed.

(Note the driver file will stay maximum 5 seconds before that you need to press the download key)
Then browse programmer path select the "prog_emmc_firehose_8974.mbn" file then load XML file "rawprogram0.xml" and "patch0.xml" now you can select the download key.
Z1_CN_OPEN_USER_Q4275709.1_L_ZUI_0.9.084_ST_150729 _qpst.rar file which is extracted earlier all files you will get it from the ROM folder.
if it's finished then your mobile will be restart automatically.
NOTE:- You will get new update but don't update it now install the recovery and flash the gapps file other wise if you updated to the newer version which is 1.2.0.40 then it's not easy to flash the recovery.
