If I were to build Lollipop from official Sony source then I can expect everything to work? Calls/SMS/Camera/GPS?

How to install this ROM, why there's system.img and userdata.img
Can install this like other ROMs?
Just boot boot.img and then (after wipes) install .zip?

copy the following files in same folder where your AOSP image files are
adb.exe
AdbWinApi.dll
AdbWinUsbApi.dll
fastboot.exe

fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img

disconnect device, press power and enjoy!

It'll never, unless Sony adds dual sim version of this mobile to AOSP.. Open Source, which might not happen because, it's just porting.
