DO NOT flash a firmware build for a different model number. Period. (Model numbers are in bold)
If you have the correct model number but a different region, you should be fine if you perform a factory reset first. Obviously this will erase any and all app data, settings, ringtones, etc. which is why you should always make backups first.

NOTICE :
You should always make a factory reset before flashing via Odin, if you have another region (CSC).

Lol sorry for my mistake, looks like the mods agreed and already took the necessary action. It was an honest mistake on my part and I hope that doesn't detract from the utility of this thread

Extract the stuff inside the zip and place the tar.md5 on your desktop. Then odin can see it

Sorry that file was corrupt, obviously I was unaware.

Here is a slightly older firmware

I was able to extract it using winrar. Unfortunately it's not the newest, but it still is 4.4.2 Kit Kat.

If you want I'll PM you a download link to the extracted tar.md5 file, and assuming it works I'll update the OP. Sorry that file was corrupted that's really crappy of me
