bootloader unlocking

I have just bought yu yureka+ from flipkart, it surprisingly came with stock android 5.1 with volte support which wasn't advertised which is good but I am not able to unlock boot loader of this device. Does anyone know how to unlock bootloader of this variant? I want to flash cyanogen os 12.1...
