bricked huawei w1

i was trying to jailbreak/update to windows 8.1, but i guess i've bricked my phone., it doesn't power on anymore, only vibrates when i try to power it on, and when i connect it to pc via usb, Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006. i was hoping you could help me out
