data throttle remover

I found something interesting and I had to share. At Walmart they sell those portable hotspot devices ( specifically mine's ZTE z291dl ) but their data plans are crazy IMO. For 5gb it's like $50! And it has a data cap! I've got a S6 edge ( g925a ) with a BYOP ST nano sim. Using a micro sim card...

Is there any way to disable throttling with the HTC One on T-Mobile? I tried exracting the Services.jar but cannot find the classes.dex file... It's been a while since I've had T-Mobile or had to worry about throttling so I'm clueless... I am S-Off Android 4.3 Sense 5.0 3.24.531.3 API...
