hang on htc

Hello! Can some one suggest or guide me??? I flashed HTC 310 dual sim with all Firmwares from XDA and other similar sites...And it still Hangs on HTC .... I can enter in recovery, but every time i want to install ZIP it says (APPLY_EXT).... If i want to make a factory reset it displays wipe...
