imei xt1768

I picked up a Moto E4 (perry) xt1768 for Lineage OS. I don't know if it was something I did (one of my earlier builds failed to boot) or was already like that, but I found out after I put in a SIM when Lineage 14.1 seemed to be otherwise running OK, that the phone says IMEI is 0, radio is off...
