Hi there, hope someone can advise me. I had my Memo rooted using RootZenFone. Thought I'd check for updates the other day and there was the Lollipop update. So, I tried it (3 times) and it failed every time, until I remembered seeing somewhere that the device needed to be unrooted to upgrade, so...
