Wallpaper Motion effect (''depth'''in your wallpaper) seems to have disappeared on the Note 10(+)? Is it a setting to enable or are there any 3rd party apps that can add the effect?

We can shoot slow mo videos in 120fps. But the phone records them in 28.x fps. Is there a way to export the raw videos? As 120fps?
