multitasking sense 4.0 htc one

Hi, HTC Sense 4.0 multitask is very bad, i can't use 3 apps in the background at the same time, first i thing it's ICS problem but when i compare it with Galaxy S 3 i find that HTC really need to fix there multitask issue. Checkout this video i create it: here's the video link...
