My Nokia 7.1 keeps getting stuck after the initial log in to turn the phone on. I know I can fix it by doing a factory reset/erase but I have a week's worth of photos that haven't uploaded to the cloud as the phone got stuck while I was out in the bush on a very special hike. Any advice on how...

Since it is an Android One phone (with the promise of timely updates and security patches), I am curious that I'm still on an October update and not November's, which is now almost over. Anyone else?
