not match

Hi All I am trying to update a friends Desire HD (currently on Leedroid 2.3...) to the latest version 4.0... I have downloaded ROM and Radio recommended, but when I run MD5 checks, NONE of the checksums match. I even downloaded a different MD5 checker, same result. All files are in my PC but...
