Samsung S20 Email from Amazon keeps going into the the recycle bin(Trash).It s not going into the Spam folder.This is really annoying.Any suggestions please.?

I'm on the original nougat. If I need to update in order to get this to work, I will def consider it. But call blocker apps that rely on my contact list don't work because when a call from a contact comes in, the apps always think it is not a contact. So everything gets blocked.
