How to update from software 10q. LG Bridge vs kdz

My H872 is on software 10q. I need to update it to any software between 11g and 20g.

What is the newest software version to date? 20g?

Will LG Bridge install the latest version or can I choose?

Can I update using LGUP to flash a kdz? Are there 11g or 20g kdz available?

Nevermind, I didn't realize I could update OTA without a t-mobile sim.
