Too long the wait hope its true
Follow up on this i did same thing ould not take a picture but samsung rep told mewe may get it 2 week of this month
It's been a ghost town over there for a while now? When you see the Tmobile Note 8 forums suddenly have 100 new posts, you'll know it's here lol
Thank you
How do you trigger that? When I use smart switch it's looking for another device.
also on top right hand corner click on more hit preferences and check there, but once u plug in your note 8 it should say update.
2 weeks to a month usually. Provided that everything is ok and they dont need to rework the software.
This IS the point. Regardless of who is doing the testing, the freaking phone doesn't get the update. The Note 7 FE version got it already and we are still waiting. The Note 8 was a flagship a year ago. Updates should come in a month or two, not a year's time regardless of who is testing it. Both TMO and Samsung need to respond faster. Not a problem on my Pixel 3Xl since TMO doesn't need to "test it".This isn't the reason at all, Pie is out for the note 8/9. Problem is T-mobile needs to do testing with their software before it gets out to T-mobile customers.
First Sprint, second AT&T and now T-Mobile is sending Android Pie for Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8 phones that are running on Android 8.0 Oreo.
The latest software update bring Android version 9.0 Pie and Samsung's One UI interface along with new features. Also, the update contains March 2019 security patch including bug fixes and system improvements.
