Hey can i flash it without unlocking the bootloader?? Im currently on stock kitkat without root or any custom recovery

Root ur unite 2 with king root app, install philz or crt v3 recovery. And the flash a rom. No need to unlock bootloader

Bro....low internal storage after installing the rom...and gapps...i can even format sd card as internal.. Any solution?? For getting more internal memry...or sd card as default storage?

If u want to try RR remix rom go for latest version 5.7.3. But Don't try to format sd card as internal in this rom it will not work properly in all apps(read and write prob).
If u want cm 13 based rom thn go for sense 8 rom. If u already repartitioned ur unite 2 thn after installation of this rom the app storage will remain same.

No i didnt reparationed it..but yes i want cm based rom with high app storage

If u hv kitkat in ur phone, thn upgrade it to lollipop ,thn repartitioned it with max app storage( 2.5 gb in 4gb model & 6gb in 8 gb model). Thn root with king root, thn install stable philz recovery for unite 2 through pc.
Thn install sense 8 Cm 13 mm 6.0.1 rom.

There Are Bugs****

I'm a micromax unite 2 8gb ROM user . I Recently installed resurrection remix rom and I found these bugs.

1. VPN is not working
2. There is no option to dual SIM standby
3. There is no automode to set network as 2G/3G
4. Not working Autorotation
5. It says Invalid IMEI

Other cons:
> Internal storage is limited to 899MB
> Kingroot fails to root this device
> At the time of screen lock phone automatically rotates 180°

Please solve these issues.Otherwise it's awesome

Please mail detailed instructions to me as I am a novice.

Good evening sir, (I had hit thanks everywhere possible in this post, but this is not showing, I don't know why??)
It's been months since I was searching for a suitable ROM fir my unite 2 a106, and now the time has come.

My unite 2 has lolipop firmware presently, but I'll get it tu KitKat by customer care.

Please assist me in flashing this ROM. I know only how to root. Please tell me: -
(*)What and how to backup,
(*)How to flash custom recovery
(*)How to flash this ROM
(*) Likely problems that can happe
(*)What to do if there's some problem in between.
(*) Precautions to take

I am not pointing my finger to you nor I am lazy, but due to very limited rresourcesI couldn't find a single article containing all these.
I will be very very thankful to u if you help.

Work around for IMEI issue

I used the app ToolHero, (suggested from Mobile Uncle Tools). It is able to change IMEI without Engineering Mode.
This solve the problem, but I'd like to understand where IMEI info are stored on /data, to prevent wiping them during Factory Reset.

Its not that simple bro. If the no. hv to be gone thn it ll. U hv to restore it.

I don't understand your slang, please repeat, what do you refer? Toolhero solve imei problem.
I know it is not simple to solve it at the base, prevent from deletion during factory reset, but I think someone more skilled than us could give a hint. :D
