Can you please answer the question about settings?
All chips in the same make and model of phone are not equal they come from different parts of the die some may overclock well some may not there is no easy way to tell what you have so you must first set stock values and progress from there

You should provide kmsg (google last_kmsg) and log files, enable adb access and su and you can get both.

Record it while bootlooping and the last lines might help.

I assume its not the overclocking, the .79 version already has same overclocking if i remember correctly.
